Our Story

CR Construction & Remodeling LLC is a family-owned general contracting company based in Goodyear, Arizona. Founded by Gerardo Carranza, the company was built on a simple philosophy: every homeowner deserves a contractor who treats their home like their own.

Gerardo has spent over 20 years working hands-on in Arizona homes — learning every trade, perfecting every skill, and building relationships based on trust and quality work. While the LLC was formally established in 2024, the experience behind it spans two decades of kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, room additions, electrical work, plumbing, and everything in between.
